The data controller is Artur Cichosz, trading as Clownfish Web Artur Cichosz, ul. Blacharska 32 lok. 2B, 53-206 Wrocław, Poland. Tax identification number (NIP): 8992691252. Business registration number (REGON): 361543815.

For privacy questions or requests about your data, email ac@clownfishweb.pl.

Contact and legal basis

When you use the form or send an email, I process your name, email address, message and subsequent correspondence to answer and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you enquire about engaging my services (Article 6(1)(b)).

Providing data is voluntary and is not a statutory requirement. The form requires a name, email address and message; without contact details I cannot reply. Your message is delivered by email. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential information.

Website operation and security

The server processes technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and errors to deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

The website does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from this domain. The contact form uses the reCAPTCHA protection described below.

Google reCAPTCHA and cookies

The home page containing the form loads Google reCAPTCHA v2 to reduce spam. Opening that page connects your browser to Google. The service processes data including your IP address, browser and device details and interactions to assess whether you are human. It uses the _GRECAPTCHA cookie; the Google domain may also use other existing cookies. The legal basis for processing to protect the form is my legitimate interest in preventing abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Google Ireland Limited provides Google services in the EEA. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the USA. Google describes its use of adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses in the linked transfer policy, which also explains how to obtain a copy of the safeguards.

You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may prevent form submission. You can email ac@clownfishweb.pl directly instead. This privacy policy page does not load reCAPTCHA.

Recipients and retention

Hosting, email and technical service providers may receive data as needed to provide their services, as may Google for reCAPTCHA and public authorities where required by law.

I retain correspondence while handling your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. If records are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, the relevant data is kept until the applicable limitation period expires. Technical data is retained for the time needed to diagnose errors and investigate security incidents. Google’s retention depends on the type of data and settings, as described in its privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, email ac@clownfishweb.pl.

You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local supervisory authority. I do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
